Pathway Vendors LLC ("Pathway Vendors," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have when you use pathwayvendors.com, attend or exhibit at our festivals, or otherwise interact with us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name and business details when you join our vendor list, submit a partnership or sponsorship enquiry, contact us, apply to exhibit, or respond to one of our surveys. If you exhibit with us, we also collect the information needed to process your application and participation, including business and payment details.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and similar usage data through cookies and comparable technologies.

Information from other sources. We may receive information from our ticketing provider, our vendor application platform, payment processors, and advertising platforms — for example, confirmation that a purchase or application was completed.

Information collected at our events. We conduct voluntary attendee and vendor surveys, and we scan tickets at entry. We also photograph and record video at our festivals (see Photography and video below).

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve our festivals and website; to respond to your enquiries; to process vendor applications, payments and participation; to send email you have asked to receive; to plan, market and advertise our events; to understand who attends and what they value; to protect against fraud and misuse; and to meet our legal obligations.

How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers who work on our behalf — website hosting and forms, email delivery, analytics, advertising platforms, payment processing, and our vendor application platform. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Venues and event partners where necessary to run an event — for example, providing an exhibitor list to a venue for load-in and security.
• Legal reasons — when we believe disclosure is required by law, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety or property of Pathway Vendors, our vendors, our guests, or the public.
• Business transfers — if Pathway Vendors is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and make our advertising more relevant. This includes analytics tools and advertising pixels operated by third parties, which may collect information about your visit and combine it with information they hold.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where we present a cookie banner you can decline non-essential cookies. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal; where required by law, we honour these signals.

Email

If you join our vendor list or ask to hear from us, we will send you email about applications, festivals, and vendor resources. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may still send you operational messages relating to an application, payment or event you have entered into with us.

Photography and video

Our festivals are public events. We photograph and record video at them, and images of attendees, vendors, booths and products may appear in our marketing, on our websites, in press materials and on social media. By attending or exhibiting, you consent to this use. If you would prefer a particular image not be used, contact us at john@pathwayvendors.com and we will make reasonable efforts to remove it from materials we control.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time, ask us to correct information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at john@pathwayvendors.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time the law allows. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — including maintaining vendor and event records, meeting tax and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes — and then delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our festivals are family events and children attend with their parents or guardians. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Each of our festivals has its own website, and our site links to third-party services including ticketing and vendor application platforms. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell you more prominently.
