Accessibility Statement

Pathway Vendors LLC wants everyone to be able to use our website and enjoy our festivals. Accessibility is part of how we build and run things, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

What we have done

In building this website we have worked to provide readable type at a comfortable size, strong colour contrast, clear and consistent navigation, generously sized buttons and touch targets, visible keyboard focus, meaningful alternative text for images, properly labelled forms, correct heading structure, and layouts that work on phones, tablets and computers. We test with a keyboard and with assistive technology, and we consider accessibility when we add anything new.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we fall short:

• Some older documents, including vendor packets published as PDFs, may not be fully accessible. If you need one in another format, ask us and we will provide it.
• Some content is provided by third parties — ticketing, our vendor application platform, embedded video and social media — and we do not control its accessibility.
• Each of our festivals has its own website, operated separately from this one.

Accessibility at our festivals

Our festivals are held at venues that provide accessible parking, entrances and restrooms. Aisles are planned to allow wheelchair and mobility-device access. If you have a specific need — accessible seating for a class, a quiet space, a companion ticket, or anything else — contact us before the event and we will do our best to accommodate you.
